Dr RichardHAYES(25/08/1943 - 05/01/2021) Passed away peacefully at home on 5th January 2021. A GP for over 30 years at Fouracre Road Surgery, Downend and Abbotswood Surgery, Yate. A wonderful and much-loved husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed by so many. Forever in our hearts, may he rest in eternal peace and rise in glory.
